Results For the intra-patient models, the largest M res

were observed in the region around the oropharynx. The

maximum M res obtained between the DVF observed in the following weeks of treatment and the predicted DVF between the deformation observed in the last week of treatment and the predicted deformation for one of the patients where the maximum value observed in that region was 6.3 mm. For the inter-patient model, Figure 2B shows the mean M res across the 119 DVFs not used for model creation for the training patients and across all 162 DVFs from all validation patients. As it was observed for the intra- patient models, for both sets of patients, the mean M res is the largest in the region around the oropharynx, with a maximum value of 3.4 mm for the training patients and 3.7 mm for the validation patients.
