Conclusion Protocol constraints were overall fulfilled with no major deviations with respect to classical prescription among various technologies. Plan performance benchmarked according to various indices suggests the need to select proper metrics according to clinical objectives. A customized quality index can help to properly rank treatment plan quality, providing a more standardized approach to treatment plan quality evaluation and further harmonization in multicenter and multi-platform studies.
