Conclusion Our 30-DM is comparable to previous studies. We identified five potential prognostic factors: male sex, gastrointestinal and lung cancer, ECOG PS 2-3, and presence of visceral metastases. This result contributes to a better understanding of the clinical practice and may help to identify those patients in whom the treatment might not be beneficial.
