toxicity. The G3 toxicity was a fractured lumbar vertebra requiring spinal surgery three months post SABR with lumbar stabilization on pain indication. No study-related G4 toxicity or deaths were reported.

Conclusion Early toxicity after SABR of oligometastatic bony metastases seems acceptable. Mature toxicity data is required to confirm these early, promising findings.
