In breast, prostate, rectum and gynecologic plans, the percentages of failing fractions were 8.5 %, 2.8 %, 8.5 % and 11.5 % for gamma criteria 3 %/3 mm with an average passing rate of 96.5 %, 98.8 %, 96.5 % and 97.2 %, respectively. Less restrictive criteria showed less than 1 % failing fractions. Passing rates showed a constant temporal trend (Figure 2a). In breast plans, 14 % of patients had failing fractions related to patient setup, as exemplified in Figure 2b. The main cause of failing fractions in prostate, rectum and gynecologic plans were anatomic changes in bladder and rectum filling.
