Figure 1: Data integrity PDF report. Colored rows show a parameter that doesn’t match in both systems, in this example, the field dose. Results The script was validated through a series of tests that were carried out to verify its robustness. Different situations were created by modifying all the possible parameters to be compared between TPS and R&V. Flaws were detected in 100% of cases. It was tested with 1000 real patients doing a redundant review, obtaining the same result in both cases. Conclusion A systemic safety barrier was created to detect and prevent any conflicting information that could lead to accidental exposure. The script is found to be more useful in 3D plans (conformal radiotherapy), due to the manual interventions they require. Intensity modulated plans although needing less user definition also benefit from the exhaustive quality control our script performs in terms of data integrity checks.

Purpose or Objective To measure the effectiveness of safe and precise delivery of radiotherapy
Materials and Methods Data was acquired via chart review using an ARIA workstation from December 2021 to May 2022. The data was recorded and analyzed in Microsoft excel. Time, date and Offline treatment correction were noted for portal imaging as per the following institutional guidelines. 1)Treatment portal images (PI), Megavoltage (MV) and Cone-Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), are taken within a specified time.
2) PI reviewed by Physicians within 2 days.
3) Patient reviewed by primary Physicians at least weekly.
4) Source to Surface distance (SSD) variations observed during treatment for the patient in:
a. Translational axes include; Anterior-posterior, Superior-Inferior and Lateral Right-Left directions and
b. Rotational axes include; changes in pitch, roll and yaw.
Results The following results were found:
