A 2-round web-based modified Delphi study was conducted to reach a consensus on the appropriateness of the different therapeutic options in each clinical setting. Based on the results of the first round, 15 key questions of interest were proposed regarding the following items: Technical aspects of external beam radiotherapy and brachytherapy in each of the three clinical scenarios, adjuvant treatment of vulvar cancer, radiation treatment of locally advanced vulvar carcinoma; and locoregional recurrences. Results Recommendations based on second round questionnaire are listed in table 1. Table 2 resumes the recommendations on external beam radiotherapy and brachytherapy in both clinical scenario, adjuvant and unresectable vulvar carcinoma.
