This study suggested that dose-volume parameters for LS and PB were statistically correlated to the risk of developing HT in patients receiving LACC CRT, although the effect was small. The number of chemotherapy cycles, the presence of SIB and the inclusion of para-aortic nodes in RT did not impact on the development of HT.

1 Farhat Hached Hospital , Radiation Oncology Department, Sousse, Tunisia; 2 Farhat Hached Hospital, Psychiatry Department, Sousse, Tunisia; 3 Farhat Hached Hospital, Radiation Oncology Department, Sousse, Tunisia Purpose or Objective The purpose of this study is to assess the sexual function ,the body image , the marital adjustment and depression-anxiety in patients treated for cervical cancer. Materials and Methods We report a descriptive study , 21 cases of cervical cancer, treated in the radiotherapy department of Farhat Hached hospital in Sousse,Tunisia, between 2012 and 2017 . Socioeconomic and clinical features were collected. We conducted an assessment of sexuality, marital adjustment, anxiety and depression , and body image of patients , by passing four standardized psychometric scales : Arab Female Sexual Function Index (ArFSFI) ; Locke and Wallace Marital Adjustment Test (MAT) ; Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD-S) and Body-Esteem Scale for Adolescents and Adults (BESAA) . Sixty six percent of patients were operated with : conisation ; total hysterectomy ; and extended colpohysterectomy respectively in 4.8% ,28.6% and 28.6% . External beam radiotherapy was delivered for 66.7% of patients , conformational 3D techniques ( dose: 45 Gy to 59,4 Gy; 1,8Gy/s). Brachytherapy was delivered in 33.3% of cases. All patents were in a complete response. An FSFI score of less than 26.55 (probable sexual dysfunction) was found in 90.5% of patients. A good marital adjustment was noted in 10 (47.6%) couples, difficulties were noted in 3 couples and serious problems were noted in 8 couples. An anxiety score greater than 11 was found in 52.4% of cases.A depression score greater than 11 was found in 42.9% of cases. the mean overall body image test score was 55.95 . Only a negative correlation was found between the age of the patient at the time of the evaluation and the pain dimension of ArFSFI (r= -0.46; p=0.03). In our study, there was an association between pain dimension scores and early menopause secondary to treatment (p=0.002). Decreased vaginal lubrication was associated with patient sexual function pain dimension scores(p=0.05). MAT scores were positively correlated with the scores of the dimensions of desire (r=0.47, p=0.03), lubrication (r=0.50,p=0.02), orgasm (r=0.48, p=0.02), satisfaction (r=0.57, p=0.006) and total scoresexual satisfaction (r=0.47, p=0.03). The total score for HAD-S was negatively correlated with scores for dimension of satisfaction (r= -0.52, p= 0.01) and desire (r= -0.55, p= 0.009). The scores of the different dimensions of body image were not correlated with the dimensions of sexual function. Conclusion As mortality of cervical cancer tends to decrease, by performing its treatment, the sexual healthcare and dysfunction, which affects life quality in both psychological and physical levels, remains neglected with a poor therapeutic management. It is undeniable that we should provide these patients with the sexual and psychological care they deserve. C. satragno 1 , A. Coco 2 , S.E. Cena 3 , F. Lanfranchi 4 , S. Raffa 5 , M. PO-1412 [18F]FDG-PET predicts overall survival in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.

Purpose or Objective

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the prognostic value of baseline clinical data and MRI, contrast enhanced CT (ceCT) and [18F]FDG-PET/CT measures to predict the overall survival (OS) in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC) treated with chemo-radiotherapy (CT-RT) and endouterine brachytherapy boost.
