Conclusion In our large cohort of patients treated with ENRT and PET-guided SIB for LNM, with a long follow-up, CRPC patients and patients with second relapse after surgery already treated with ART/SRT have a significantly worse evolution than patients still HSPC, or at the first relapse after surgery.
