Conclusion If we only account for motion during beam-on, a BED 10 >117 Gy to GTV was ensured even without a PTV for the assessed dose prescription. Omitting the PTV would spare dose to healthy liver and may improve options for re-treatments or targets close to organs at risk. However, other sources of geometrical errors should be considered.
