Results All patient plans were successfully created, meeting all objectives, and ready for beam delivery at 45.1, 54.1, and 32.7min on the anatomy-of-the-day for each patient respectively. When comparing these plans to the clinical treatment plan used outside this workflow, all objectives were met and within non-clinically significant differences. Time from dxCT to on-table ART session was noted to result in significant changes in target alignment, but this was overcome using standard alignment techniques and contour adjustment.

Conclusion Diagnostic-based, target-only, simulation-free comprehensive ART treatments allow for rapid turn-around time from consult to treatment. Use of a novel, re-engineered CBCT system achieves the high-fidelity anatomic visualization necessary to enable this novel workflow.
