recurrences. Estimated 4-year OS, DFS, LRFS, LRRFS, DMFS were 80.3%, 83.8%, 91.7%, 91.2%, and 92.4% respectively.
Conclusion:
Moderately hypofractionated whole pelvic radiotherapy followed by brachytherapy leads to descent long term clinical outcome albeit with slightly higher late GI toxicities. Relationship of D2cc dose to rectum with late toxicities derived from conventionally fractionated radiotherapy may not hold true for hypo-fractionated schedules and needs further research. The results of our study would serve as a prospective baseline data for the design of future clinical trials evaluating H-EBRT for LACC.
