Conclusion:
Gynaecological cancers and their treatments can cause toxicity in patients' quality of sexual life. However, this toxicity is poorly represented in the literature. For those aspects of sexual toxicity where the evidence is not definitive, expert panel consensus may help in clinical decision making. The authors consider sexual life a very important aspect of follow-up and specific recommendations are needed.
