42.7%) and N2 (24 patients, 32%). Among node positive patients, the median number of lymph node (LN) was 4 and the median number of necrotic LN was 1. Most patients harbored squamous cell carcinoma histology (53patients, 70.7%). All patients received definitive concurrent chemoradiation with the dose to whole pelvis of 45-50 Gy in 25-28 fractions with or without LN boost to 55-60 Gy. The rates of 2-year local control, nodal control, distant metastasis-free survival, and overall survival for the whole cohort were 88%, 78.3%, 81.7% and 85.4%, respectively. From multivariate analysis, the radiomic features that showed the significant correlation with overall survival were PreRx DWIGTVn_Kurtosis (p=0.000), PreRx T2GTVp_Volume (p=0.003), PreBT brachytherapy T2GTVn_Skewness (p=0.005) and Diff T2GTVp_Volume (p=0.006). Significant correlation between radiomic features and distant metastasis were PreRx T2GTVn_Skewness (p=0.007), PreRx T2GTVn_Total (p=0.002), PreRx T2GTVp_Voxel Count (p=0.001), PreBT T2GTVn_Voxel Count (p=0.032), Diff T2GTVp_Voxel Count (p=0.027) and Diff ADCGTVn_Centroid Z (p=0.049). For local recurrence, significant radiomic features were PreRx DWIGTVp_Voxel Count (p=0.003), PreRx T2GTVp_Integral Total (0.014), PreBT DWIGTVn_Skewness (0.015), Diff DWIGTVp_Voxel Count (p=0.002) and Diff T2GTVp_Integral Total (p=0.008). Only one radiomic feature that was found a significant correlation with nodal recurrence was PreBT T2GTVp_Max (p=0.035). The radiomic features that were found to have a significant relationship in both pre-treatment and radiomic feature shift with overall survival, distant metastasis and local recurrence were T2GTVp_Volume, T2GTVp_Voxel Count, and T2GTVp_Integral Total, respectively.
