Purpose/Objective:

Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the most prevalent subtype of primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), with a protracted clinical course and usually associated with a multi-line treatment journey. Large Cell Transformation of Mycosis Fungoides (LCTMF) is a rare, but significant complication, and usually confers a much poorer prognosis. 1 Radiotherapy is commonly utilised as an effective local treatment for LCTMF as either definitive or palliative therapy. However, to date, there is a paucity of published dose-response data for LCTMF to guide radiotherapy prescription in clinical practice.

Material/Methods:

In this retrospective study, patients with a proven diagnosis of LCTMF, between 1/1/1990 to 01/10/2021, and treated with radiotherapy at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre were included. LCT was confirmed histologically when
