responders and 82.7% in partial responders (p=0.96) for overall survival, and 83.7% in complete responders and 82.7% in partial responders (p=0.54) for event-free survival.

Conclusion:

This study indicates that radiotherapy could be an effective alternative for patients unable to complete a full chemotherapy cycle, particularly emphasizing tailored approaches based on R-CHOP cycles and disease characteristics. The findings contribute insights to refine treatment strategies, especially for those facing challenges with conventional therapies.

Purpose/Objective:

The number of cutaneous lymphoma patients receiving low-dose radiotherapy is increasing, yet clinical trials defining the standard radiation dose for each specific entity are lacking. This leaves radiation oncologists with highly individual radiation decision that requires more clinical evidence. In this analysis, we aimed to understand radiation oncology patterns of practice and identify areas where current radiation regimens merit improvement.

Material/Methods:

An European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) questionnaire was sent to all EORTC Cutaneous Lymphoma Tumour Group and Radiation Oncology Scientific Council members. The online questionnaire consisted of 13 questions on treating cutaneous lymphoma patients. The survey was finalized on September 28 th , 2023. Frequency distributions and subgroup comparisons were calculated and described.
