Conclusion:

In our study, highly conformal delivery techniques proved to be effective to treat extended cutaneous lesions from lymphomas, achieving good LC rates. Moreover, these techniques can be safely administered, as the risk of G3 events is very low. Doses >30 Gy should be discouraged in this particular setting for the higher risk of cutaneous AEs, without a positive impact on disease control.
