Conclusion:
Our results indicated that moderate-dose radiotherapy provides excellent disease control and few side effects for patients with newly diagnosed or antibiotics-unresponsive MALT lymphoma. Further investigation of biological factors that are associated with local or distant failure after radiotherapy is warranted.

Purpose/Objective:
Mycosis fungoides (MF)/Sezary syndrome (SS) are the most common subtype of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Total skin electron beam therapy (TSEBT) is an useful skin-directed treatment and can be used either as an exclusive treatment modality or as part of a multimodal strategy for multiple lesions. For a small proportion of patients with SS, intensive haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is a potentially curative treatment option. In some cases, TSEBT can be used as bridge to HSCT. We aimed to evaluate long-term outcomes and side effects in patients with MF/SS treated with total skin electron beam therapy (TSEBT) in a single institution.
