underwent the procedure comfortably without interruption, with 95.56% successful engraftment and 75.56% in remission till date. Patients had grade 2-3 mucositis, grade 1-2enteritis, nausea and fatigue, while 2 had Grade 4 mucositis. No patient had radiation pneumonitis.

Conclusion:

Helical Tomotherapy® provides a comprehensive and convenient solution for TBI . The treatment planning and implementation can be appropriately tailored to patient’s physical parameters and conditioning regimen. Well conformed plans with adequate coverage and acceptable toxicities can be achieved on Helical Tomotherapy.

Blood tumor burden and quality of life improvement in Sézary syndrome treated with radiotherapy

Purpose/Objective:

Erythrodermic mycosis fungoides (MF) and Sézary-syndrome (SS) patients suffer from severe health-related quality of life (HRQoL) impairment. Limited radiotherapy trials include erythrodermic MF and SS with few long-term remissions. In this analysis, we aimed to assess the efficacy of total skin electron beam therapy (TSEBT) in patients with erythrodermic mycosis fungoides (MF) or Sézary syndrome (SS).
