Conclusion:

Despite the high-risk diseases, none of the patients experienced relapse at median of 22 months post-transplant. These data suggest that TMI dose escalation to 20 Gy is not only feasible with acceptable toxicity but also offers the potential to further enhance outcomes in patients with chemotherapy-resistant leukemia
