with 1 patient (3.2%) having G3 dermatitis, 3 (9.7%) having subcutaneous tissue fibrosis, 2 (6.5%) having G3 trismus, 1 (3.2%) having G5 osteoradionecrosis, and 1 (3.2%) having G5 carotid hemorrhage.

Conclusion:

We reported the 1st prospective phase 2 study in Egypt to use SBRT reirradiation in treatment of H&N patients with loco-regional recurrences, or SPMs. Our study suggests that SBRT reirradiation can potentially replace previous modalities in well-selected patients with improved outcomes and comparable toxicity.
