Conclusion:

In our cohort, elevated levels of intratumoral heterogeneity, indicated by the radiomic features GLRLM_GLNU, GLSZM_GLNU, and NGTDM_Busyness, were associated with a higher risk of mortality within two years post-reRT. These radiomic indicators could serve as valuable tools for identifying patients most likely to benefit from reRT in terms of survival, thereby enabling more effective and individualized treatment strategies.
