At Log-Rank univariable analysis, NRAS mutation showed a trend for better LPFS (p=0.085) and OS (p=0.065). Cox regression analyses confirmed the trend (p<0.1) for OS, unless when NRAS mutation was adjusted for tumor stage (Figure 2).
