We found high rates of plan changes following peer review supporting the value of the peer review process in MRgRT. We recommend where possible that all MRgRT cases, particularly those involving SBRT plans, oligometastatic/oligoprogressive sites, and/or retreatment, be subject to peer review, whether it be in-house or through combining different centres.

Purpose/Objective:
Quality of life (QOL) is an important consideration in prostate cancer management. The Expanded Prostate Index Composite (EPIC) is widely used and well-validated in evaluating bowel, urinary, sexual, and hormonal functions (1). We developed and pilot-tested a Filipino translation (EPIC-F) (2) and now report its psychometric properties.
