Examining the near-minimum CTV doses, specifically the D98% of CTV, a range from 68.7 Gy to 71.4 Gy was observed. The IQR for these values extended from 0.3 Gy to 1.2 Gy. Figure 2 , a scatter plot of CTV mean dose against the near-minimum CTV D98%, revealed distinct clusters for each of the seven centres. Interestingly, European centres, which adhered to the ICRU protocol, exhibited denser clusters compared to the North American and Asian centres, which followed more diverse RTOG protocols.
