Conclusion:
Conclusion: CIRT could achieve excellent local control in unresectable MMM with excellent toxicity profile. Metastatic failure remains the main pattern of relapse and determines the prognosis. There is the need to better integrate CIRT with immunotherapy in a comprehensive treatment concept.
