Conclusion:

HypoRT schemes for lung cancer can be relevant in selected cases. In our population, HypoRT provided adequate local control and had an excellent toxicity profile. Worse LC and OS than those described in literature is related to the heterogeneity and more advanced staging of our cohort. More mature OS data will follow with longer follow-up time.
