events were the volume of PTV, the total dose, the volume of heart receiving 30-45-50 Gy and the atrium Dmean. In the multivariate analysis, the strongest predictor of CV events was V45 Gy, even if the statistical significance was not reached (p=0.059, OR=2.112, 95%IC=0.972-4.588). The performance of multivariate model was 90.1% (see Figure 1 for the difference between predicted and actual CV events). The V45 Gy cut-off point for the risk of developing CV events was 11%.
