Conclusion:

Surgery seems to remain the standard of treatment in terms of overall survival and locoregional recurrence. Nevertheless, SABR offers excellent local control and short- and long-term tolerance. To improve patient selection, we propose for the first time a tool to aid therapeutic decision making.
