Material/Methods:

10 drug target-specific systematic literature reviews were conducted on the safety of combining the most common systemic therapies with RT (Table 1). Additionally, a searchable literature database was built. 60 international experts from both ESMO and ESTRO were invited to appraise the reviews and to participate in a modified Delphi consensus process.

Results:

After title-abstract and full-text screening, full-text analysis was performed for 376 articles (Table 1) and they were added to the literature database. After completing the systematic literature reviews, the Delphi consensus process was initiated. During the 1 st Delphi round, ≥75% agreement was reached on 94%, and ≥90% agreement was reached on 58% of all 211 drug target-specific and radiotherapy scenario-specific consensus statements (Figure 1). After statement review, a 2 nd round will be performed for statements where no agreement was reached. The final Delphi results will be presented at the conference.
