Median time spend at the department, from consultation to the completion of treatment, was for group 1 85 minutes (range: 50 – 135), while it was 80 minutes for group 2 (range:57 – 135). The median time spend in the treatment room for the entire patient cohort was 29 minutes, with a range of 16 to 64 minutes. The specific treatment times for group 1 and 2 are illustrated in Figure 2A. Within the "easy" patient selection, 13 treatments still required target adaptation time exceeding 5 minutes. This was primarily due to incorrect target contour propagation influenced by differences in arm positioning (n= 4), tumor progression (n= 3), training of new radiation oncologists (n= 3), the presence of lung fluid (n=1), the reduction in volume of the target (n=1) and unknown (n=1).

Conclusion:
