Overall survival at one year was 73.7%, with 63.2% having died at the end of the follow-up period.

No statistically significant differences were found between the local control and the three groups established according to the size of the metastases (p. 0.185), nor with the groups according to BED10 (p. 0.141). We also found no significant differences in progression-free survival and overall survival.

Conclusion:

SBRT offers good local control at one year, presenting excellent tolerance. Longer follow-up and prospective studies are needed to validate these findings and to determine whether there are subgroups of patients for whom SBRT targeting adrenal metastases may confer a survival advantage.
