In the TEDDI trial of pediatric patients treated with RT to the mediastinum in either DIBH or FB, there was no difference in the setup repeatability with CBCT for either DIBH or FB. Consequently, DIBH should be considered as an option for pediatric patients based on plan comparisons and assessment of patient compliance.
