Conclusion:

RT allowed high local control with good treatment tolerance in patients with osteoblastoma. It could be a valuable treatment option for selected patients who cannot undergo definitive surgery. The role of modern RT techniques, especially stereotactic body RT, is unknown and worth further investigation.
