Conclusion:

Among immune inflammatory biomarkers, NLR showed higher AUC compared to SII and PLR. Despite modest sensitivity and specificity, an NLR>3 was significantly associated with DMFS and OS in our cohort. Immune Inflammation Biomarkers may deserve further development for prognostic stratification aimed at tailored management and follow-up schedules in patient at high risk of distant recurrence.
