Conclusion:

In conclusion, our study demonstrates the potential dosimetric benefits of implementing online adaptive radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer. This approach deals with interfraction variability and holds the promise of reducing radiation-related side effects. Further research and prospective studies are warranted to consolidate these findings and integrate online adaptive radiotherapy into standard practice.
