Purpose/Objective:
In gastric cancer, a range of nomograms are available to predict survival rates and the likelihood of recurrence. However, there is a lack of studies that have made predictions about the overall survival (OS) of patients who have undergone adjuvant chemoradiotherapy (CRT). The objective of this study was to construct a predictive model for estimating the survival outcomes of gastric cancer patients who had adjuvant CRT.
Material/Methods:
The medical records of 245 patients with non-metastatic gastric cancer who were administered RT or CRT in our center from January 2010 to December 2020 were retrospectively evaluated. A nomogram was developed based on multiple cox proportional regression for clinicians to use as a quantitative instrument for estimating the survival probability of individuals diagnosed with gastric cancer. R statistical and computing software (Version 4.3.0) were used for all analyses.
