Purpose/Objective:
While proton beam radiation therapy (PBT) potentially enhances the therapeutic effectiveness of radiation treatment for locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC) compared to photon-based methods, existing data is primarily from single-center studies. This research investigates the side effects, survival rates, and disease control outcomes of LAPC patients treated with PBT in our facility.
