Considering the interaction between these four important variables, we selected the model stepwisely by AIC (Akaike Information Criterion) and used pn + Sv + Boost + pn:Sv for multiple regression. The estimated hazards were pn: 2.55 (1.01 - 6.41)(p < 0.05, proportionality test 0.46), Sv: 13.25 (1.50 - 116.61)(p < 0.05, test 0.99), boost: 0.39 (0.18 - 0.86)(p < 0.05). , test 0.28) and pn:Sv: 0.13 (0.01 - 1.26)(p < 0.1, test 0.82). The concordance index was 0.67. See Figure.
Conclusion:
Although one institutional and a very small number of patients involved, the intensification of adjuvant radiotherapy added to postoperative radiotherapy for prostate cancer had a good effect. Biological recurrences were expected to be reduced by approximately one-third. In particular, additional radiation should be considered for patients with seminal vesicle invasion (Sv+) or perineural invasion (pn+).
