Conclusion:

The mature survival data corroborates the previously reported low local relapse-failure rate in this high-risk MIBC population. In spite of the use of VMAT, a high incidence of grade 2 and 3 lymphopenia following EBRT was observed, this requires further investigation and careful consideration.
