Results:

The mean cumulative D90 of HR-CTV for Venezia and Geneva applicators were 95.84 Gy in GrOP and 91.45 Gy in ConP. Using 84 Gy for achieving optimal cumulative dose for D90 of HR-CTV, the percentage of plans achieving such target is 93.75% for GrOP and 56.25% in ConP. For target, the mean value of D90 in HR-CTV (8.44 Gy vs 7.84 Gy, p = 0.0071), D90 of IR-CTV (4.85Gy vs 4.38 Gy, p = 0.0001), D98 of HR-CTV (7.05 Gy vs. 6.32 Gy, p = 0.0003) and D98 of IR-CTV (3.94 Gy vs. 3.47 Gy, p < 0.0001) were significantly higher in GrOP. For OAR, the mean value of D2cc in rectum (3.80 Gy vs. 4.58 Gy, p = 0.0002) was significantly lower in GrOP.
