Conclusion:

This study reported, for the first time, the clinical feasibility, and preliminary outcomes of simultaneous MRgSBRT to both prostate and metastatic lesions in patients with synchronous OMPC. The early results suggested the clinical feasibility, favorable patient tolerance and toxicities, and encouraging preliminary outcomes, but yet to be further validated.
