G2. 1 patient developed urinary incontinence that required medical treatment and there were 6 cases of actinic proctitis, 3 of them requiring argon laser coagulation.

Conclusion:

SBRT in high risk localised prostate cancer is an alternative with an acceptable toxicity profile and good disease control within the first 20 months. Further follow-up is needed to confirm these results.

Purpose/Objective:

During the COVID-19 crisis the main Radiation Oncology societies offered hypofractionated alternatives for unfavourable intermediate localised prostate cancer. Our aim is to analyse the progression-free survival (PFS), cancer-specific survival (CSS), overall survival (OS), and toxicities of treatment with 42Gy extracranial stereotactic radiotherapy (SBRT).
