Conclusion:

Although there is frequency of PSMA PET/CT-detected nodal metastases on the ipsilateral side of the DIL, a substantial proportion of patients had contralateral nodal metastases. Ongoing work will explore the nodal burden distribution in relation to the DIL in patients with up to 4 nodal metastases, to determine treatment decisions for pelvic lymph node irradiation.
