A total of 469 MDTs was assessed. Specifically, 46% (113 patients) underwent just one course of MDT, 29% (73 patients) were treated twice, 17% (41 patients) underwent three courses of MDT, 7.3% (18 patients) received four courses of MDT, and 1.2% (3 patients) underwent five courses of MDT (Fig.1).

In the 88% (217) of the cases, SBRT involved all the lesions identified in imaging. The standard SBRT dose was identified as a median of 30 [IQR 24-30] Gy, with each fraction having a median dose of 10 [IQR 8-10] Gy.

CPFS median time was 22.1 (95% CI, 21.2-26.2) months for patients receiving concurrent ADT and 14.1 (95% CI, 11.4 17.8) months for those who did not, highlighting a significant difference (p < 0.05) (Fig.2).
