Conclusion:
Based on the current analysis, that indicates a high recurrence rate, it is crucial to continue offering potentially curative salvage treatment. In the era of PSMA-PET and WB-MRI, with the capability to detect distant metastatic disease early, it's essential to choose patients for these examinations using specific criteria and clinical stratification. Both current and future analyses will establish a foundation for a better understanding of how to tailor care for these patients.
