Conclusion:
To our knowledge, this is the first study in long-term survivors following hadrontherapy. Telemedicine has proven to be an effective way to collect QoL and no missing data were reported. QoL in HNCs pts was lower in respect to SBCs/BCs. Some factors like employment status, age and presence of caregiver have proven to be related to QoL measures. Additional participant enrollments are required to validate these initial findings.
Keywords: quality of life, particle therapy, telemedicine
