Conclusion:

All responding European countries use brachytherapy to treat gynaecological cancer in line with the worldwide management of gynaecological cancer treatment. However, brachytherapy indications in these countries are not limited to a single tumour site, as shown in table I. The utilisation of brachytherapy is very country dependent. It is not straightforward to obtain a clear picture as responses significantly deviate even within a single country, indicating the need for increased national and international collaboration.
