Purpose/Objective:

Errors within the process of radiation oncology can lead to adverse events, potentially even to fatal outcomes(1,2). Consequently, the issue of patient safety (PS) within radiotherapy holds significant importance. The PaSaGeRO study aims to establish a set of PS indicators tailored specifically for radiotherapy and furthermore to develop a questionnaire as a digital assessment tool for all radiation oncology departments. Safety indicators are meant to be measurements to assess structures, processes, and outcomes in healthcare, and measuring tools or flags to monitor or improve patient safety(3). The herby presented preliminary data from a structured literature review
