Despite an obvious systemic bias with only 15.6% respondents, this survey clearly establishes the need for the creation of a robust regional ILS system in the EMRO+T countries. Support from institutional leadership will be critical for the establishment of such a system.This proactive approach will contribute to a continuous learning from incidents occurred across the region thereby enhancing safe quality care by establishing a culture of safety at all radiotherapy centers.
